Golang Job: Cloud Kubernetes Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure in support of Kubernetes in on-prem and cloud environments
• Help define and implement product road map for containerization strategy
• Deploy updates and fixes into a Kubernetes environment
• Provide escalated operational technical support and guidance
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal deployment systems
• Perform root cause analysis for system errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Oversee execution of key strategic initiatives and drive standards and best practices
• Attend training sessions for clients who are considering or are already using AWS.
• Collaborate with experienced cloud engineers to design and share knowledge of best practices among the AWS community.
• Educate clients of all sizes about the value proposition of Cloud Services.

Required skills:

• Strong Experience deploying Kubernetes architectures and/or operation solutions based on cloud service providers with AWS
• Strong Enterprise experience maintaining, supporting, and deploying to production systems
• Experience working with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitOps
• Experience working in Unix-like environments.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, Golang or other scripting language

Preferred skills:

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
• Experience working with networking environments, firewalls, policies, etc.
• AWS Certification (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced English

Shift:

9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday.
